How it works...
Peek-In allows agents to list their current homes for sale via an easy admin tool to enable their listings to be viewed on a cell phone. This allows potential buyers to PEEK-IN to their listings from their cell phone. Using a phone with web-browsing capabilities, consumers can enter a short web address and immediately connect to a web page featuring photos of the home’s interior, details about the house and the real estate agent’s contact information.
Step 1 – Account Setup
In order to submit your home listings, you must first register on the site. This registration process is simple and takes hardly any time at all. In order to register, we will need to collect basic information about yourself and your associated brokerage (should you be affiliated). This information will be used for logging in as well as provide contact information associated to your listings.
Pricing
There is a one-time registration fee of $99. This one-time registration fee sets up your account and allows you full access to the PEEK-IN Admin. From there, you will have the ability to list an unlimited number of houses.

Once you have registered and setup your account, you will have the ability to post your listings. Once you have logged in, you will be have access to the listing admin. Each time you go to post your listing, you will be provided the ability to provide detailed information about your home. This easy-to-use interface allows you to provide full details of your house.
When you have finished posting a listing, you will be provided a unique URL that is designated for the home posted. This URL will be your designated link for potential buyers to view your house on their mobile phone.
Pricing
The cost for a house to be active and available for view is $19.99 per month. There is a minimum of 3 month start up per listing. Your account will automatically be renewed each month until a house has been removed from your account. In essence, each time you setup and list a house, the initial cost will be $59.00 which will provide 3 months of service, and then to continue that specific subscription, it will be $19.99 a month.
This cost is often less than the cost of printed flyers for a month and with this service you never have to worry about information being unavailable to the potential buyer, as this is available 24/7.
Step 3 - Upload Listing Photos
Each house listing can have up to 20 photos. When you originally post a house, you will be prompted to list one. These photos will be automatically available and formatted into a “mobile” presentation for quick and easy navigation on a visitors mobile phone browser. It is important to note that these photos will be resized for a mobile phone, so photo selection is crucial in determining what photos will look good.

Potential buyers curious about a listing can use their cell phone to explore the inside of a home. While curbside, they enter a Web address—which you promote on your signs—and can instantly view a page featuring up to 20 photos of the inside of the property.
